Congratulations and welcome to Level IV of the Awakening One Million journey.
You have arrived at an incredible threshold of self-discovery and purpose. Your solid spiritual foundation and dedicated practice have brought you here, and now it’s time to step into the expansion of your unique gifts, talents, and knowledge in service to the world.

This is your time to grow and evolve in ways you may not have imagined. Level IV is about fine-tuning your Vision, developing greater Clarity about everything, and bringing every aspect of your being and life into Alignment with your authentic being and mission.  In other words, how do you “up your wattage” to shine even brighter in the world. The work at this Level is not only about “taking it to the next level,” but recognizing how to get there and stay there with grace and ease. The “it” we are referring to is you and all that you have come to be, do and have in the world.

Here are some avenues we will travel and explore . . .

What is your unique genius? Your area of Ascended Mastery?

What is your ultimate Intention (This is your legacy question)? Vision? Desired results? First, for you personally, and then for those you serve.

Do you have a road map that will take you to your ultimate goal by the shortest and fastest route?

Are you doing what works . . . all of the time?  What evidence do you that it is working?

Is your strategy, structure, team, supporting you in the highest way possible?  Working at maximum capacity?  Serving your vision?  If so, how can they evolve to an even higher and greater level?  If not, why not?

Are there hidden opportunities that you may not realize and have not taken advantage of?

Are you wearing too many hats?  Living in the “do it alone” mentality?  Is there a strong connection or a bit of tension between your masculine (doing) and your feminine (receiving) frequencies?

Do you have the resources and income required to move to the next level?  Are you open to receiving even more than you need?

Do you have competing interests and responsibilities that require more balance?

Have you fallen off track that requires just a few small adjustments to get your vision moving forward again?

Let’s be very clear, Level IV is NOT for the faint of heart.  If you believe you have it all together, if you are not open to a new way of being and doing everything, if your spiritual practice is still foggy or inconsistent, if you believe that your way is “the way,” if you hear insights and constructive offerings as criticism or attack, THIS IS NOT THE LEVEL FOR YOU.

Level IV is about your willingness to learn from the Masters, to hear where you may be off - - - just a little, and getting the insights and information required to take your mind, your heart, your life and your contribution in the world to a higher level.  The good news is - - - you get to determine what that level is for you.

Level IV is not only about moving out of and beyond the past, but also about CREATING the present moment in such a way that it becomes the future you desire and dreamed of.  It begins with a simple premise - - - do you believe you can do less and have more?

Participation in Level IV requires an application and a personal interview.  Because you will be working directly with Iyanla and several of her teachers, the group will be small.  There is also a financial investment required.  There will be a monthly call and a bi-weekly assignment you will be expected to attend and complete.  At Level IV there are no excuses.  Since you are creating what you desire, excuses are inappropriate.
